Craft Brewery Scales from 500 to 5,000 bph
A regional craft brewery outgrew their semi-automatic bottling line as distribution expanded statewide. They needed a fully automatic system that could handle multiple bottle sizes (12oz, 16oz, 22oz) with minimal changeover time.
We designed an integrated line combining the SPS-BU80 unscrambler, SPS-F200 filler with dive-nozzles, SPS-C120R rotary capper, and SPS-L300W labeler. The entire line was installed during their off-season and operators were trained before production resumed.
